First Scholarship
This scholarship applies to CNA or CMT classes only
Place of Residence
Do you currently live in Jackson, Cass, Clay or Platte counties in Missouri OR Wyandotte or Johnson counties in Kansas
Individual Income less than $45,000 per year
You, as an individual, make less than $45,000 a year. This is specific to the individual and should NOT include household income.

Second Scholarship
This scholarship applies to CNA or CMT classes only. Only ONE of the answers must be true to be eligible to apply.
Age
Are you 18 to 24 years old?
SNAP benefits
Do you receive Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program SNAP benefits?
TANF benefits
Do you receive Temporary Assistance for Needy Families TANF benefits?
